Mindfulness

it's practical, it's based on science, it's full of wisdom, it works

What if . . . clarity and calm are a way of being?

What if . . . responses are thoughtful instead of reactive?

What if . . . attention becomes a choice?

What if . . . our habits do not define or limit us?

What if . . . inner peace prevails in the midst of chaos?

Testimonials

Individual:

"I’ve been having Mindfulness sessions with Kim for a year and a half and it has been life changing for me. Practicing mindfulness has changed my relationship with myself to give me the capacity to be there for and know myself and as a result to be there for others too. It has enabled me to feel more joy in life’s best moments and on the flip side to manage challenges and experience difficult emotions with more space and clarity, amongst so many other things that I now approach or think about differently in my day to day life! Whilst mindfulness it is an ongoing journey, I’m so grateful for Kim’s wise and kind approach and have such big moments of realisation in every conversation we have!”

“I am so grateful to Kim for introducing me to mindfulness and meditation.  It has had a big impact on my entire family and how we interact with each other at home. My husband and teenage son are now clients of Kim's and my husband has gone on to contract Kim to teach mindfulness at his company.  Any individual or company should count themselves fortunate if Kim is able to spend time with them.”

Kim does a good job of giving specific practices that can be done almost anywhere.”

Teacher:

“I have absolutely loved having my students engaged in mindfulness, it has been so wonderful to hear such positive feedback from so many families.”

Thank you Ms Kim for teaching me how to teach my students about mindfulness strategies. I learned a lot about how the brain works. Thank you for teaching me how to be more patient and mindful with our learners

Student:

“When I was in a math test and I was stressing out about a question I focused on my breath and it helped me calm down and complete the question”. High School

“Facing emotions can be really hard, but it feels really helpful to be with them and let them breathe. Otherwise they just sit in my chest feeling heavy until they come out at the wrong time in the wrong way” 5th Grade

Small Group:

“Our mindfulness group grew out a need to slow down and try something for ourselves. Little did we know, as a group of busy moms, that our sessions together and our practice would be life changing. After showing us how to ‘pay attention to paying attention’, Kim also introduced us to the science behind mindfulness. Each week she shared insights, gently encouraged us, and led us in the practice. Our group became a safe place to learn, share and become consistent with our sits, all the while realizing how powerful mindfulness can be in our every day lives. Since the beginning of our group meetings, there have been countless life events and transitions for each of us. Kim has gently guided us into  the awareness of emotions and reactions to these changes in our ‘safe space’. Years later, we are in three different countries and meeting on line each week. We are women who are friends first, but more importantly we are travelers on a continuous journey with Kim as our guide. I am so grateful for Kim’s introduction to this extraordinary practice.”
