Introductory session is designed to give participants an overview of mindfulness, and subsequent twenty minute 6 - 8 weekly sessions provide tools to establish a consistent practice.

The ongoing weekly support is offered because most people find it hard to commit to practice, despite their best intentions.These sessions help demonstrate how a consistent mindfulness practice builds on itself over time, like any other skill.
