Mindfulness is a skill to be learned which easily integrates into the classroom, at home and in life outside of school.

Mindful Bermuda uses the Mindful Schools curriculum* to transform schools from the inside out.

Programs

    Primary

  • Mindful Schools curriculum* - two 20 minute sessions each week for 8 weeks
  • Full year classroom - two 20 minute sessions each week 
  • Camp -  30 - 40 minutes twice each week
  • After school club, 45 minutes once each week

    Adolescents

  • Life skills - 45 minute class each week for 6 weeks
  • Test taking skills - 2  classroom sessions each week for 2 weeks 
  • Mindfulness Club - 1 hour
  • Advisory - 15 minutes, twice each week  
  • Exam Prep - Interactive workshop
