Mindfulness is a skill to be learned which easily integrates into the classroom, at home and in life outside of school.
Mindful Bermuda uses the Mindful Schools curriculum* to transform schools from the inside out.
Programs
Primary
- Mindful Schools curriculum* - two 20 minute sessions each week for 8 weeks
- Full year classroom - two 20 minute sessions each week
- Camp - 30 - 40 minutes twice each week
- After school club, 45 minutes once each week
Adolescents
- Life skills - 45 minute class each week for 6 weeks
- Test taking skills - 2 classroom sessions each week for 2 weeks
- Mindfulness Club - 1 hour
- Advisory - 15 minutes, twice each week
- Exam Prep - Interactive workshop
